Biography
I have roughly 20 years in technology — spanning engineering management, product leadership, and entrepreneurship. Currently at Amazon, I lead AI strategy and science platform development, driving the cultural shift toward agent-owned operations and leading the leaders who will teach others.
Before Amazon, I built and led a 60-person engineering organization as an entrepreneur, shipping end-to-end systems for 30-minute food delivery (mobile, web, ML/AI personalization, backoffice, integrations). I then owned product strategy for integration platforms serving 200K+ customers worldwide.
I see beauty in data-driven product development. Applying statistics, optimization modeling, and ML gives insights that intuition alone cannot. I believe AI will fundamentally change how people and systems operate — and I want to be the one building that transition, not watching it.

I study and play classical piano. It is an exercise in structure,
discipline, and balancing technical precision with interpretation.
